The health and safety of our guests is very important to us. In our hotel, the highest hygiene standards apply. This includes, for example, the provision of hand disinfectants and regular hygiene training for our employees. Compliance with personal hand hygiene at the Hotel Neuer Fritz is our top priority.
So that you are protected as well as possible:
we installed a plexiglass pane at the reception
several hygiene stations are set up to disinfect the hands
Our staff always wear a mouth and nose protection
our staff will be asked about symptoms of illness before starting work
we always pay attention to a safety distance of min. 1.5 meters
we ventilate each room thoroughly before cleaning
all contact surfaces in the rooms are disinfected
After thorough cleaning and disinfection, a room will not be entered until the next check-in.
We currently do not enter a room during the stay. We want to ensure that there is no transmission of the Covid 19 virus from room to room. For this reason, there is no room cleaning for guests who stay with us for more than one night. We are happy to provide you with fresh towels and hygiene items at the reception upon request. If you still want a cleaned room, please let us know by 9 a.m.

COVID OPENING HOURS

Check-in time - 3pm
Check-out time - 11am
After 4:30 p.m. we will deposit your room key with our technical manager. The telephone number is deposited at the hotel entrance and the colleague takes over the check-in. If you have any further questions or requests, the reception team will be available again from 8:00 a.m. Arrivals at night after 10:00 p.m. are currently only possible by prior arrangement with us.
