Our XS single rooms are a cozy 12m². We offer our single rooms as  Urban Rooms. Like all our rooms, the XS rooms have free high-speed WiFi, concierge tablet, smart TV, welcome water, rain shower & hairdryer.

 Urban Rooms : our urban rooms are located on the street side, Friedrichstrasse, or the inner courtyard
